How do I track my order from Heaven Hill Distillery?

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the shipment tracking number once the order ships. If you need additional support, you can email the customer service team at [email protected]. Due to high volume, please allow the team 3 business days to get back to you.

How much is shipping?

Shipping prices will depend on where you are located and the size of your order.

How long will it take to ship my order? 

Your order will be fulfilled in 3-5 days.
Standard delivery can take another 3-8 business days, depending on your location.

Do I have to be home to receive my order? 

Yes, any order containing alcohol will require a 21+ signature and ID check upon delivery.

Can you ship to a P.O. box?

No, not at this time.

How do I return or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, orders that contain alcohol cannot be returned or exchanged. If you need to cancel your order, please send cancellation requests to [email protected]. Note: a request to cancel does not guarantee cancellation. If you received the wrong item in your order, email [email protected] and include your order number in the subject line.

Can I get a refund on my order?

All orders from Heaven Hill Distillery are refunded on a case-by-case basis.
Please send a photo of the damaged or incorrect shipment to [email protected].

What happens if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, the Heaven Hill Distillery partners will work to make it right.
Email [email protected] with a photo of the damaged order, and we will coordinate a reshipment within 3 business days.
